After graduating with an MA and PostGrad diploma in IT in 1994, Marie spent the rest of the 1990s learning HTML and creating some of the very first brand websites to hit the Internet. By the end of the 90s, Marie was creative director and co-founder of Dowcarter which quickly became Scotland’s largest digital development business creating applications, and all things digital for a huge range of clients including Bank of Scotland, Honda Motor Europe, Apple, Conran Group, Glenfiddich, The Macallan and the COI. 2004 and Marie established Spring Corporation, still all digital but smaller and more agile. Now entering its 10th year, Spring has an equally enviable list of successful projects under its belt including Historic Scotland, Bank of Scotland, Bauer Radio, Baxter Pharmaceuticals, Baxters Food Group, Honda Motor Europe and UK2 Group.
