
Peter Mill

Peter Mill has 33 years of experience in the advertising
and marketing business. He began his career in advertising
as a copywriter with Leo Burnett in London in 1976.
He gained further experience with BBDO London before
moving back to Scotland to work at Saatchi & Saatchi owned
Hall Advertising. In 1984, he left Halls with two others
to found The Leith Agency. The company grew into the most
successful advertising agency Scotland has ever seen, but
during that time Peter found his vocational role as copywriter
shrank to less than 10% of his total working time. So he cofounded
60 Watt in an attempt to redress that balance and
return to life at the coal face and his first love, copywriting.
